When you contact us about shopping, trades services, or creator marketing, we receive the name, contact details, and message you send. Merch orders placed through our print on demand provider are collected by that provider under its own privacy policy, which shares the order details we need.
We collect only the information a request, an order, or an application needs. Please send us only the information we ask for.
3. How we use information
We use application information to review candidates, contact applicants about roles, and keep hiring records. We use service and shopping messages to quote, schedule, and complete work and orders.
Every marketing or program update email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click removes your address from that list. Service, order, donation, and application messages continue where they are needed to complete the work you requested.
4. Who processes information for us
Our website hosting provider serves this site. Our print on demand provider produces and ships merch orders. Email and phone providers carry our messages and calls. We never sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to complete your order, application, donation, or request, and where the law requires sharing.
5. How long we keep information
We keep order, donation, and business records for as long as our accounting, tax, and legal records require. Messages and applications are kept while they are active and for a reasonable period after, and are deleted on request as described below unless a record must be kept by law.
6. Your choices and data deletion
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] with the name and email connected to your information so we can find it. We respond within 30 days. Where a record must be kept for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons, we keep only that record and explain why.
7. Privacy for our boys and girls
This website offers trades services, merch, and careers for adults. It does not knowingly collect personal information from boys and girls under 13, and job applications are for applicants 18 and older.
